If you are in the Ballwin / West County area, then try Callier's Deli. Their Hall of Famer grinder sandwich is outstanding. It is loaded with thinly sliced meats, onions and a vinegar oil dressing. Their fried fish sandwich is also really good. It is frequently the friday lunch special. The staff is always friendly. I have been to several events where Calliers has catered the food and it is always great.

Went looking for a new BBQ place in the area. It is kind of a hole in the wall, which is ok, but the food just seemed mediocre to me. Service was slow and menu was hard to read (written very small in the chalk boards behind the counter. I got the brisket sandwich and my wife got some sort of club type sandwich. It was ok, but definitely not work a return trip. Meat just seemed dry and not enough sauce on it. Portions were ok, but quality did not seem that great. Plus the boxes of bandages and band aids all over the back counter by the registers was a little disheartening !!!!

We got takeout from here for a number of different people who all ordered different things including a child's portion and nothing good or bad stood out to anyone. Everyone thought their particular sandwich was "fine" but no one raved or ranted about anything being particularly good or bad and that was the case for me, my sandwich was certainly decent but nothing stood out such that I thought "Wow--I need to remember what I had because it was so good and I want to make sure and get it again next time." I don't remember what I had which tells me I thought it was fine but totally average. These days, if anything is especially good or bad, that is what stands out. So, I might try this place again, but am in no hurry to do so. Seemed like a typical chain deli in every imaginable sense. Prefer locally owned non-chain places in general although while on road trips, the consistency of chains is good when you don't have time to check out local options here on TripAdvisor. Three stars across the board here because nothing whatsoever especially good or bad stood out.

Our daughter and I attended the Ellisville outside movie Friday night - Hotel Transylvania 2. As I left the office I thought... why not get CBW for dinner? Great decision!The tortilla chips... with corn salsa.... oh yeah!!!The Chicken Caesar salad wrap was awesome, as usual!Our daughter loved the lobster Rangoon (she didn't leave any for me). :)And the steak fajita bowl topped it off.Awesome!Thank you Crazy Bowls & Wraps!
