I went there several times in November and December 2016, usually early evening, so I cannot comment on opening hours.Warm environment, reasonably priced Italian cuisine. Free Wifi - many restaurants in Klatovy do NOT offer wifi!Service - especially the male waiter was good - he always delivered the English menu to me - one small improvement - offer cracked black pepper to some of the dishes, eg Fettucini carbonara should always have a sprinkle of cracked black pepper, I did tell the waitress, but she ignored the recommendation. Will certainly go there again especially in winter months.

The pizzas were very nice, we really enjoyed them. Personnel was very friendly, especially the girl which helped us. Nice location and quick service.

I have visited restaurant Restaurace U Strnada with family. The waitress was really confused - not only our order but also orders of other restaurant guests were muddled. As a starter I had a garlic soup. It was not typical garlic soup but more likely some universal bouillon with added garlic. The taste was poor.The catastrophe came with the salad with feta cheese. The cheese was gone off! We put that salad back but although that the staff charged us half-price!We had also pizza. It was worse then average. The cheese used on that pizza was incorrect.The price was average. But for paying by card we were charged extra 2%! It is shocking.

The German Railways offers special deals on a Wednesday during the summer, from Straubing and other stations, train ticket, tour guide and a meal at the restaurant Rozvoj in Klatovy. This is a great place to stop over when visiting the world famous catacombs. As this was a fixed price meal for a group, there was no chance to see the menu, but what was provided was of good quality, with friendly staff.

Byli jsme zde tÅikrát, pokaždé jsme se výbornÄ naobÄdvali, je zde pÅÃjemné a Äisté prostÅedÃ, klasická Äeská kuchynÄ, moc dobré jÃdlo, dostateÄné porce, ceny trochu vyÅ¡Å¡Ã, ale byli jsme pokaždé spokojenà a zas se nÄkdy zastavÃme.

After a long time, I found a fantastic restaurant with home made international cuisine, with a focus to high quality food product.Top quality, presentation on plate and taste of meals brings you to qourmet nirvana. The restaurant do not pretent to be michelin star restaurant, but humble approach to guest and very attentive and pleasant service, will tell you, you are among the people they know their craft. Prices are VERY affordable for quality you get, and in capital city Prague, into my opinion you would pay for same quality min. double to triple price... I wish to owner and staff to keep the same approach also in future, because for sure I have not been there for the last time. From my perspective, everyone MUST try...

Arriving in a new town it is always hard to know a good place to eat. We were part of a group of people that had traveled by train from Bayerish Eisenstein. The restaurant was pre-booked but was a very good choice. Service was excellent and friendly. Whilst we had a fixed menu there was a good menu to chose from.Easy to find near to the town centre.
