The waitress was very knowledgeable about the food and the local ingredients. Very polite and not too attentive. The food was really good. We shared (2 of us) the Croatian steak Florentine which is inspired from Italy! We couldnât fault it; a rib-eye and tenderloin from one cut of steak. It was delicious with three types of local salt. The local Croatian craft beer (if you like craft beer) was brilliant. All in all, a top, top meal.Dear Scottthedog,Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We chose this restaurant because of the nice location and the view. The prices were reasonable and the food was just perfect. We shared a mixed grill which I would recommend. The second day we wanted to eat here again, but unfortunatly all the tables were full. Seems like everyone else loves their food as well! We went back yesterday and my boyfriend had a gourmet burger with fries while I wanted marinated meat skewers. We were not disappointed! The staff is also very professional and friendly, and they always made sure that we were having a good time here. We will definitly come back if we visit Rabac in the future.

Our family stayed here for lunch during our trip to Croatia. The restaurant is within a short walk (1 min) from the main square and parking places, along the side of the city walls. Stunning scenery and slightly more quiet than the restaurants in the city square. Plenty of staff to serve people and our waiter was very attentive and fast with assistance. Good selection of various dishes and price still good for your wallet. Our family had ham and cheese as starters, gnocchi and beef, and chicken for the main dish. We enjoyed the place very much and picked up ice cream as we walked off to see the town of Labin. Would we come here again? Yes, absolutely.

A cute little restaurant near the sea, which caters the best seafood and fish in town. I would definitely recommend making reservations as they are booked most of the time. The service is great, as the staff speaks both german and english and extra wishes are taken into consideration and being fulfilled.

We visited this restaurant for an evening meal. The tables were beautifully laid & the waiters were very polite & helpful. We had a table upstairs & outside which gave a great view of the square. Good choice of meals - would definitely recommend cuttlefish risotto & beefsteak strogonoff. Very reasonably priced. Booking essential.

Was pleasantly surprised to be able to eat GF here, had lovely grilled chicken, grilled veg and boiled potatoes, was all so tasty. House white was also great. Kids had spaghetti bolognese it was good but the portion was huge, definitely recommend sharing one between two. Lovely view and friendly staff, they gave us a complimentary local shot and added honey to mine as it was wayyyyyy to strong for me!! Nice touch

Went here for dinner one night during our stay in rabac. The food and wine was fantastic and the service was very friendly and attentive. We tried a few restaurants in rabac and this place was by far the best.

Everything is prepared with attention to the smallest detail, the service is welcoming and kind, elegant atmosphere, but the main protagonist is the quaity of the food. Some dishes could appear 'simple' but Restaurant Peteani will surprise you no matter what. You can have a proper dinner starting fron 30 Euro and easily go higher, but it worth till the last cent!

We ate here twice a week and maybe it was not the last time. The hamburgers made here with mixed meats, it is tastfully and soft, it has inside fresh vegetables and something like a peper sauce. It is not too expensive and a friendly place in middle on town. Come here!

Stayed here for a week in reasonably priced room. It was clean and comfortable accommodation with partial sea view from balcony. Breakfast not great - no fruit or eggs usually unless requested. Also, regrettably mine host was permanently grumpy. The restaurant is rated best in town but a lot more pricey than others nearby and several customers were not that impressed. This could be 4 stars if more welcoming and food better at breakfast. We stayed here in reasonably priced accommodation. It was clean and comfortable and had a partial sea view from balcony. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as usually no fruit or eggs unless requested. Regrettably mine host was a bit grumpy but maybe tired near the end of a long and busy season. The seafood speciality restaurant is rated the best around but people we spoke to said it was variable and overly expensive. This could easily rate four stars with some minor improvements
