Traveling in New Zealand it can be a challenge to find a good restaurant in remote areas. We were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this fresh bistro in Wanaka! Most notable was the Prawn & Chorizo salad, Ciabatta Chicken Salad Sandwich, Bangar and Mash and the Hamburger. All of our meals were freshly prepared and delicious. The service was outstanding since we were only one of a handful in the restaurant during off hours. The waitstaff was very helpful and friendly. The prices were moderate and worth it for the quality of the food. The restaurant is located in the Lake Hawea Hotel which overlooks the lake so the view is nice too. Highly recommended if you are in the area and looking for a quality meal.
