Homemade pasta. Homemade desserts. Working with 7 fishmarket of the city, and with 5 fisherman of our beautiful sea to ensure every day fresh fish. From 9 years in the Michelin Guide. I believe, indeed, I hope you have the wrong page. However, reviews like this are completely useless, they don't explain anything, they don't tell any information about the restaurant and its service. I had a lovely dinner here, recommended by my hotel. Superb choices of fresh fish and seafood. Had a lovely local white wine, started with a beautiful plate of assorted crudo, which included 2 kinds of large shrimp/langostino I'd never seen before. Followed by an excellent branzino.

Itâs a cool room, indicating quality and serious commitment. Thereâs a brief but interesting menu, with Italian classics given a fresh twist. We loved the courgette flowers, uniquely displayed. Pasta was good, and our fish was excellent. The Asian touch injects lightness which contrasts with some traditional local offerings. There was good advice on local wines, where we were guided to a very inexpensive wine that was perfect with our meal. We left feeling excited by new tastes, and without being too weighed down. Altogether, an interesting take on traditional Italian cooking, which could indicate the future...
