Of course the Schluessel is not a secret, since the chef makes some of the most delicious dishes in the eastern part of Switzerland. You can choose between the fine dining restaurant or the more bourgeois Stube. Food, wine and service are always impeccable, done with great attention to detail and definitePassion. My favourite must be the white wine cream soup, I have to have it at each visit. The place itself is beautiful and welcoming the chef friendly and the front house warm and inviting. Definitely worth more than one visit.

The Traube is in the center of Buchs and can be reached from ost hotels around Buchs on foot and by strolling through the main shopping street from the Bahnhof (train station). It is located in a historic building dating back to 1835.It is open Tue-Thu 9am -2pm/ 5- 11pm and Fr-Sa: 10am - midnight. We were there with a larger group, were promptly seated and the service was attentive and very friendly. A great wine selection offered us a difficult choice, but we were happy with our Austrian Zweigelt! The Beef Tartar was excellent and so was the desert selection. Overall a great visit with great service, good food and upper average Swiss prices. Definitely a place to consider for dinner when in Buchs.

This traditional, regional Swiss eatery with a contemporary spin sits just across the Rhine from Liechtenstein. We sat outside beneath a vine-draped canopy until a cool August wind (and later rain!) drove us into the converted barn which is the Ãpfelblom restaurant. Karen and I opted for the traditional Zürigeschnetzeltes (veal) with Rösti (a sort of Swiss hash brown) which was absolutely delicious! My sorbet (swimming in vodka) would have been a problem had I been driving⦠especially as I'd had a couple of the excellent Liechtensteiner Brauhaus beers beforehand. We were treated by our friend⦠I think the bill came to about 100CHF each. Not cheap, but then Switzerland isn't. Highly recommended!

This is, by far, the best restaurant in Liechtenstein. The decor is sensational, the food is high quality, the wine list is extensive and great and the cocktails are.... outstanding! Last but not least, you cannot ask for a better service with the owner being a real master of his business. although you can smoke in the bar-area you will not smell the smoke in the dining area. great place to have fun in the evenings and perfect for business lunches. heard its great for brunch on sunday's and will definitely try it out as soon as possible.

Vivid is a cosy restaurant with fine cuisine, excellent wines and a beautiful terrace.
The food is really lovely and the service was great. Everything is really well cooked and beautifully presented. However, at over 150 CHF for two courses and wine we felt this was a little expensive. Thank you
