This was our third visit to Salvia but our first as overnight guests. In the past 5 years we have experienced the intimate dining experience afforded by Salvia and delivered by a caring team of dedicated professionals and though I could praise each individual dish, this has already been aptly covered by other visitors, suffice it to say that travelling from our base in Camp de Mar to rest in one of this beautifully kept mansion House rooms afforded us the perfect celebration of Marion's birthday. Thank you Salvia.

Restaurant Can Boqueta is especially dedicated to the tasting menu based on seasonal products. Likewise, midday -from monday to friday- offers an "Executive menu" simple and economic. It is located in the center of Soller, in a cozy and typical Mallorcan
We've enjoyed several visits here over the years and never been disappointed - indeed it's a highlight of our trip. The five-course tasting menu is amazingly good value. Dishes are inventive: Mallorquin in essence, but with a fine-dining twist in terms of flavour combinations and of presentation.Service is impeccable, with each dish explained and offered with a flourish - but no intimidating pretensions. The theatre of the 'instant bouillabaisse' was matched by its fantastic flavour! The meal is very well paced, too. Five courses sounds a lot, but several are quite light, and you never feel rushed as your meal proceeds at a leisurely pace. This is high-end cooking at a very affordable price, and very highly recommended.

La Vila Restaurant is already considered a reference for the fine food in Sóller. For lunch we offer a snack menu, and for dinner we have a fine menu always made with fresh, local and seasonal products, where you can eat a la carte, or have our tasting me
Lovely setting in the garden. We were party of 12 and the birthday girl wanted chicken nuggets and chips which were on the childrenâs menu but they did a massive portion specially for her-aged 17! Lovely complimentary little nibbles as starters. The meals were all fantastic. Plenty of gluten free options. Excellent service.Highly recommended.
