Get to know its roots by exploring the vibrant neighborhood of El Viejo San Juan (Old San Juan), which consists mostly of Spanish colonial buildings. Flesh out your self-guided history lesson with a visit to El Castillo San Felipe del Morro, a 16th century citadel that’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then reward yourself with a cooling dip at Luquillo or Carolina Beach, then a tasty tour of the Bacardi rum plant.

Wine bar, Steak house with a Caribbean twist with large selection of wine and champagne at great prices. Good for families and large groups. Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Great for children!Family style dishes!!
Of the four nights spent in San Juan for work, we went to Entrevinos the first night then returned twice more! The wine selection is excellent, as well as reasonably priced. For food, we ended up sharing appetizers all three nights. The popcorn shrimp and capresse salad were the preferred options all three nights. We tried the charcuterie platter and the duck nachos also. Both were very good, but didnât make the cut multiple nights. Enjoy!

Rather than sit at a table, we prefer to join the bar scene. It is a very friendly and interesting crowd, with great bartenders taking good care of the customers. Ask for Michael for a special premium rum drink. You won't regret it. If you are in rum country, substitute bourbon for rum in an old fashioned cocktail. Superb! Then as you enjoy our drink, ask for mini tuna tacos and sliders. Unless you are very hungry, these tapas will do just right. It is expensive, but well worth it. Call for reservations if you want a table.

We had been here before and wanted to try it again since we continue to hear great things about this restaurant. A neighbor suggested the amalfi fish as the main dish, so we ordered it. What a great treat. The fish was delicious, very well cooked and for starters we had a cornbread appetizer, which was simply great. We sat at the bar and ordered wine and ate there. The bartender/server was extremely pleasant. She was very nice engaging in conversation regarding the food and the drinks. What a delightful evening. Will go back again.
