Owned by the husband-and-wife team of Brandon (the Chef) and Sarah (the Server) Bryant, this restaurant offers high-quality, fresh, âmade-from-scratchâ and very tasty dishes at extremely reasonable prices. In the past, I've had their Huevos Ranchero (AKA the âSpanish Peaksâ), the Ultimate Mountain Burrito, and Sausage and Biscuits. On our most recent visit, for the first time, I had one of their humongous (see photos) and tasty pancakes. Although they weren't with us this time, on the next visit we'll bring our five nieces and nephews so we have at least a chance of finishing it on one sitting. Iâm a very big fan of family-owned establishments, and from the special dishes to the spotlessly clean bathroom, Brandon's and Sarah's personal touch makes this my go-to breakfast venue in the Springs.

Stopped by after a movie while in the Springs on business. Amazing drinks, food that is exceptional and unique, and service that is second to none. Relaxed and enjoyable. Choose the patio to maximize the the experience. A fine soundtrack running in the background. A must do while in the Springs!Kudos to Aaliyah for making it perfect. Enjoy.

Since 1974 The Margarita at PineCreek has been serving fine food, spirits, good times and memories. Our focus has always been on serving great food in a comfortable setting. Our eclectic cooking style is innovative, yet recognizable and we use the freshes
Wow! What a "hidden gem" this restaurant is! I've always seen the entrance, from I-25 and thought it was a Mexican restaurant. Nope. It's a true fine dining experience! Our party of three was there to celebrate my husband's and my 20th anniversary. We had the five course meal and everything was delicious! The meal started with a shrimp cocktail appetizer that had some homemade chips and salsa and was quite flavorful. The mushroom creamy soup had chunks of mushrooms and tasted delicious with the bread that came out at the same time. I liked my sesame-something-or-other salad (be forwarded: it has lots of garlic) and my husband and daughter said the house salad with balsamic vinegar dressing was good. Two of us had the steak and one had salmon - all three were cooked to perfection. And the dessert... Well? What can you say about delicious desserts? We appreciated the excellent service provided by Amanda who did not make us feel rushed. She was pleasant and answered our questions. The atmosphere is quite lovely, with plants all around. We took a walk outside, and saw there was a live band.We will definitely come back for future special occasions!
