We had a very nice dinner at the Makta Restaurant, and had a great experience. It has a very good menu - we also liked that there is a broad menu for kids, extending beyond the normal pizza and pasta. We were very impressed, and would recommend a visit to this restaurant. This is a fabulous small restaurant - well worth booking in advance. The food is delicious, the service great and lovely views over the water just to top it off. Would thoroughly recommend the local Tenuta Maddalena wines especially with the cheese and meat platter. The pasta dishes are also delicious and good value for money for a restaurant of this standard.Thank you spags4 for your appreciation to our food&wines. We came back to this place because we loved the food and the place the first time. This time we tried the Fiorentina steak, the fish, the lasagna, some spicy cheese and sweet vegetables jelly, the red wine, the panna cotta and the gelatto and all was perfect. The personal, the attention, the speed on bringing the food and we stayed there as the last customers in the night.
