Having visited the castle we walked down into town and finding ourselves in want of a cold drink dropped in at the beer garden.Clearly recently refurbished, it has plenty of seating, loads of flowers and a boule court.

We visited this restaurant twice during a week's holiday in Somerset.The first experience was very good, and so we decided to go back on the last night of our break. Unfortunately, the second experience was a real let down. My wife ordered the starter that I had had on the first visit and when it came the portion size and presentation was completely different. The service that had been attentive on our first visit bordered on unacceptable on our return.I don't know the reason for the difference but it was a real disappointment.
