AC3 Restaurant + Bar is a collaboration between Andrew & Juliana Copley of Copley's Restaurant and Tony Marchese of Trio Restaurant.
Wow this place is delicious. At first glance the menu seemed a bit dull - at first bite I couldnât be more wrong. The food, service, and cocktails definitely made me a return guest. Taking a sip of the mixed berry and basil cocktail, you noticed the freshness of the drink and after a few sips you knew it was not for kids. Get a couple appetizers and split an Entree - for $8 Split charge you get a whole complete set of sides and makes it a killer deal.

Easily one of the finest restaurants in the Coachella Valley. French influence carries throughout the menu, decor and serving staff. Entrees are spectacular and varied; great wine list at acceptable pricing. The serving staff are what stood out for me. Exceptional! Donât be fooled by shopping centre location. This is a great restaurant.

Our group of five needed a late first-night dinner near our PGA West rental home after our evening flight and rental check in. Ernie's was the perfect choice. I had the Summer Chicken Salad (blackened chicken breast, mixed greens, candied pecans, strawberries, dried cranberries, apples, blue cheese crumbles, blood orange dressing). Everyone enjoyed their varied dinner selections. The service was excellent and our server even gave us half-n-half for our first morning's coffee. Awesome! While my group was playing golf the next day, I went back for lunch and enjoyed the Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl (Calrose rice, avocado, shishito pepper, togarashi, green onion, seaweed salad, sesame seeds, mayonnaise). Delicious!

This isn't in a "normal" spot, squeezed in amongst warehouse sized neighbors, but it is interesting tapas style food, without being amazing or must go again. Small restaurant with all glass front that sadly was ruined a couple of times with cars parking and leaving highlights blazing into the restaurant, a couple of times. Service was pleasant and the prices were fair. Like I said its ok, its good in fact, but it's just not all that memorable or romantic or quaint. Its small, packed and lacking a vibe or ambiance of any note

We've been fans of AP's for several years, but this last trip I had their prime rib. I was stunned at just how good it was and the quality of the cut! Oh, yes, the rest of the meals were also great, but the prime rib was the big surprise. As usual, the service and atmosphere were top notch.
