We decided to try Mercato at Daylesford for dinner following a not so pleasant experience we had at the nearby Farmers Arms Hotel. And I am glad we made the decision to go there. The food was delicious (Barramundi and Calamari) and the staff were friendly and attentive. A lovely, romantic restaurant which I would highly recommend.Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted you enjoyed your dining experience with us. We have passed on your compliments to the chef and the staff, who were happy to receive your review. We look forward to welcoming you again.

Located on the banks of Lake Daylesford and with exquisite water views from any vantage point, The Boathouse Restaurant offers a sophisticated dining venue for lunch and dinner. You can take in the beautiful views from our warm and cosy indoor dining area
We had a lovely dinner at the boathouse. The views are lovely, service friendly and food was great. We ordered the seafood linguini and the beef ribs, generous size and nice flavors. Seafood was cooked really well. I was also surprised by staff with a âbirthday dessertâ which was the macadamia praline parfait - delicious. We would love to visit again when back in town.

A Japanese term referring to food eaten as an accompaniment to alcohol, originating from the word âsakaâ (sake) and âna,â meaning food. At Sakana, chef Kazuki Tsuya (formerly Kazukiâs Daylesford and Kazukiâs Carlton) brings a modern pan-Asian twist to Jap
Celebrating our anniversary we treated ourselves to the banquet dinner, and treated we were. At our request the staff paired our meals with drinks to perfection. Highly recommend this authentic experience. Will be back to share with everyone we know!

The casual cafe vibe of Koukla Daylesford reflects the very essence of regional Victoria. Pull up a chair under the iconic vine-covered verandah in Summer, or take a seat fireside in Winter. Open daily from 7.00am - late our regionally inspired menu cater
Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. This restaurant quite frankly ruined our Friday night. The service was actually non existent (never experienced anything like it!!), one of the waitresses was chewing gum, took about 45 minutes to get our drinks (had to get up 3 or 4 times to remind them), the food was inedible - the lasange was dry, the gnocchi was dry - both looked and tasted like they had been cooked two weeks ago. The lamb was cold and tasteless. I'm usually not one to bother with reviews but this experience was so bad I felt it was an injustice to others not to advise of our experience - we left quite upset and would not want other customers to waste their time or money with this restaurant.

The chef has spent a lot of time getting the balance right. Only 6 mins from town. Such a beautiful setting to match the amazing dishes.
