We attended this establishment following many recommendations and we were not disappointed.Located in a older building with outside or inside seating and a very good atmosphere ensured a good start to the evening. The table service was exceptional with each of the servers obviously enjoying their work which created the right environment for a good dining experience. The menu, which apparently changes constantly depending upon availability of produce, was very enticing and made choices challenging because they all looked so good.We choose dishes and shared them which meant that we had a very good taste of everything and they were all up to a very high standard in terms of freshness, presentation and most importantly, taste. The lamb and fish mains were the pick of the dishes however they were all very good. The wine list although not extensive still offered a good range of local and international products at reasonable costs.Cost wise overall whilst it is at the higher end, there is value is the entire dining experience and this venue is recommended.

I always know that when the owner of the business is very much evident that the service is going to be outstanding and it definitely is here. This little cafe is 'punching way above it's weight' their breakfast choice is great using the best ingredients. You know there is a Chef in the kitchen and not just a cook.Every time I set hear I overhear customers complimenting the baristas and telling them that their coffee us the best in Melbourne, it would not suprise me one bit.10/10

Open for dinner from 5pm Tuesday to Saturday until late. Meeka offers alluring Tajines, modern Australian cuisine and amazing desserts all created from fresh, local produce by Head Chef, Leah Clarke.
Food was way too sweet even savoury dishes and all mains were not hot at all when served to the table. It was liked just putting on a turkish plate as presentation but was scooped out from a pot or saucepan. Also would rather buy delicate dessert from a good cafe or cake shop than the tasting plate of $38.Serving was small and overpriced. It had quite a lot of customers on a Friday night but I would not go back again.

Stopped into Beaches Cafe after a walk along the coast. We sat outside under the shade which was nice and relaxing. I had the avocado and feta on toast, which was fresh and tasty. Also, had an iced mocha, which was a bit of a miss as the coffee tasted a bit bitter. Food/drink also reasonably priced and large portion sizes.
