LUME, the restaurant run by the Chef Luigi Taglienti, is passionately committed to serving an innovative cuisine that harmoniously and skilfully combines experience of classic and contemporary cooking, with strong ties to the local area and a constant sea
An elegant restaurant, all white, in a slightly unusual location - a former industrial yard. The food is incredibly delicate and balanced, with first rate ingredients carefully and thoughtfully prepared, innovative but in the true Italian style (i.e. without overpowering sauces or 15 different items on your plate that you need a guide to explain). I don't think I've ever eaten a better risotto or a more delicately prepared shrimp. There is an open kitchen so you can observe the crew at work, with the chef calmly directing and supervising the choreography. A memorable experience we will definitely want to repeat next time around.

Having arrived early on the sleeper train we wanted a nice breakfast. And we got that with Kate Away. A small cafe but a very warm welcome with delicious pastries. Definitely recommend the ricotta croissant, matcha cappuccino and cannoli. Arrive early if you want to sit in or be prepared to wait. Otherwise get a take out and enjoy!

The restaurant Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia has been a reference in Italian gourmet cuisine for over 60 years. Today Stefania Moroni manages the activity together with the chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani, that carry on with care, passion and profess
This restaurant is worth visiting. The attention to customers is top notch, the food of the highest quality and presentation, and the table service orchestrated seamlessly for an elegant and refined evening. The wine list is complete but fairly expensive with very few less expensive offerings. The only knock i would give it is the lighting is too bright. Dimmer room lighting would be appreciated. The âbookâ lighting for each table is fun, practical and a touch of glamor, but the room lighting took away from the overall ambiance for us. We ate in the first larger room, in the centre, and the table was perfect otherwise, despite the presence of many other patrons. The restaurant is entered from the small and locked Relais Chateau door and there does not seem to be signage for the Restaurant which confused us and other patrons arriving.
