We went to Kenichi ro have a special dinner with food that is different. We are so happy we chose Kenichi! The food is amazing (especially the Dynamite Shrimp) but the service is even better. Our server Zack was the best. He was friendly, attentive and actually listened to us and made great recommendations. Thank you for an amazing dinner!

Wife and I rode from Aspen up to the Pine Creek Cook House. It's a large restaurant with expansive views of the valley and the Rockies. We shared a club sandwich that was made with a fresh roasted chicken breast. It was fresh and hard to get your mouth around. Worth the ride up the valley. They refilled our lemonade and water bottles. The Cookhouse is set up for large groups and we had many that day. Hikers, cyclists and Bentley Car Club to name a few.

This hotel restaurant is on par with any high end restaurant. It has lovely table clothes, complete place settings, ample space between the tables, and a quiet, romantic/celebratory atmosphere. We were not that hungry so had only a delicious, and unusual, main course of scallops, lobster, and fois gras with a nice bottle of white wine. This, plus the freshly baked bread and the complementary dark chocolate truffles rounded out the meal. The service was excellent.

A very popular restaurant - each time we walked passed this last week it was always busy. We walked in for Sunday brunch and managed to get a table straight away. Known for their meat and cheese and charcuterie platters but offering other menu options. We started off with the Kale Citrus Lifter âgreen juiceâ and the Aspen Mountain Red juice, followed by the delicious home made soups - the Thai Coconut Chicken soup (full of flavour) and the special Chicken with Black Rice - thankfully we opted for the cups vs bowls - the cups were huge! Delicious healthy salads and the special tacos were also a hearty portion. They have a retail section with delicious goodies. We shall visit again on our return in November.
