Restaurant located at the Pantheon in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, Rue Tournefort. Jocelyne, Maxime and Cyril welcome you in a family setting, warm and intimate. Discover a kitchen market with the seasons at once inventive, tasty, traditional and dive
Le Resto is off the main drags of the Latin Quarter but donât let itâs humble exterior fool you. It is small in stature (9 tables) but big on atmosphere. Highly personal service, limited menu because everything is cooked fresh, and fabulous flavors. Definitely worth a visit in a city full of great food.

Iâm not usually drawn to Asian Fusion cuisine, especially while dining in Paris where I look towards classic French inspired food. However, I am more than happy that I took an evening meal at La Verriere while staying at Hotel Niepce. Like the hotel, this restaurant is brand new and beautiful. I had the chefâs tasting menu and each course was excellent. They have a nice wine cellar on display and small but adequate menu of wines by the glass. My main course was delivered by Chef Kayori Hirano, who welcomed me and thanked me for visiting. Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing with us your last experience at the Niepce Paris! We are delighted to read that you enjoyed the design of our brand new restaurant and our Chefâs cuisine. The entire team is looking forward to welcoming you back soon in your âParisian Homeâ.Best regards,Rozlaine Hakiki General Manager

Came here as a recommendation from the hotel we're staying in. I recommend making reservations or getting there early! We tried the two fish entrees and the Lamb. The Lamb was by far the best entree! As for starters try the Tuna! For dessert, we had the Paris Brest. A must!

We made the mistake of eating here while hungry. It is a very popular spot on attractive Rue Galande not far from Norte Dame and most items on the menu are only 10⬠but unless you are there primarily to drink and socialize, you might want to look elsewhere. They suggest that each diner order two small plates but I think three each would be better. That's now 30⬠each plus the cost of wine, not a dinner special.Dear Pfitzgerald,Your comment doesn't concern our restaurant but an other one. We are not located rue Galande and we are not served tapas. Thanks,Sourire le restaurant

We go to the Vanves flea market every Saturday (and sometimes Sunday) when in Paris and after a morning of searching through the manettes (cases of "stuff" from house clearing), we look for a nice restaurant for lunch. Almost by chance, we found the Jeroboam which is discretely located on Rue Didot a few blocks north of the market. We have visited most of the restaurants in the area and up until now, our favorite was nearby, but was disappointing the last time. We decided to try something new and are we ever happy we did! We should have, but did not reserve, however, we were welcomed. We were a bit hesitant to be shown to the basement, however, even on the main floor, the restaurant is not flooded with light and the two seating areas in the basement are perfectly fine - perhaps a bit quieter, but still pleasant. In any case, the main floor was completely full and by the time we left, the basement had many tables filled. No tourists, but maybe not to be expected in the heart of the 14th arrondissement. We had a really nice, friendly server (serveuse?) that explained the daily specials, gave my Swedish friend a short lesson in French - in a nice way and made us feel very welcome. The daily menu was quite nice, with some items on the chalkboard not available, but the substitutes were fine - who could complain about a smoked salmon salad or grilled swordfish instead of tuna. A nice amuse bouche - crispy cheese and what seemed like crushed shortbread made into small rounds, The salads were very good and generous, served on a slate. We had the swordfish with a fantastic drizzle of pesto and our friends had magret de canard with a really nice cheesy sliced potato stack. All were quite happy with the meal.Wine by the glass is very reasonable, generously poured and many possible selections. Highly recommended

We were recommended to this restaurant and it certainly didn't disappoint. The first impression is that the staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable and speak English. The menu is compact but changes monthly and they are willing to adapt to particular individual requirements which was a great help for us. We spend a lovely evening there and would most certainly go out of our way to return.
