Well after being closed for a month because of forest fires and an order to evacuate, we were all happy to see them opening again. As usual we had a delicious dinner cooked by "Hopsing ", yes it tasted even better then normal(withdrawal). This is our best choice for chinese food, always consistent.

Mings used to be the place we went for excellent food whether it was take-out or buffet. The oirginal owners sold a years ago and the new owners did a good job of taking over. However, I think the restaurant has once again changed ownership and the last time I got take-out my family was not happy. The food was okay but not anything special.
