Located almost entirely in Ohio County, of which it is the county seat, it lies along the Ohio River in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Wheeling was originally a settlement in the British colony of Virginia and later an important city in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Wheeling was the first state capital of West Virginia. Due to its location along major transportation routes, including the Ohio River, National Road, and the B&O Railroad, Wheeling became a manufacturing center in the late nineteenth century. After experiencing the closing of factories and substantial population loss following World War II, Wheeling's major industries now include healthcare, education, law and legal services, entertainment and tourism, and energy.

What you would normally expect at a Chinese buffet. Familiar food, pretty good but nothing outstanding. With tax it's less than $8 for lunch, all you can eat, so the value is there. I've had disappointments - for example, when the salmon they have out is gone, it takes a very long time for new stuff to come out, even after I've asked them. The crab legs they have for the seafood night are tiny - so thin I can't see it being worth the effort to mess with them.Overall, I do keep going back. It's cheap, filling and fast.

This is one of our favorite places for lunch. The price is very reasonable for a delicious lunch buffet. The only problem is that everyone knows you went to eat there because you leave with a strong food smell on your clothes. They do not have a dinner buffet unfortunately. We like to get take-out for dinner from Silver Chopsticks. The General Tso's chicken is delicious and not spicy at all!

The food was just not very good. I was surprised so many people like this place. The chicken dishes were bland and the chicken was soggy on the outside and tough on the inside. We won't order from here again. Silver Chopsticks is much better!

Traveled to Wheeling 9/26/15. Looking for a place to have a late lunch and stumbled across this little gem. It is tucked away in a strip mall. When we approached I could see through the window that it was a tiny place with only 4 tables. I was skeptical but we were hungry. We entered and were greeted immediately by a friendly lady behind the counter. There were take out menus on the counter but there were large pictures of all the dishes on the wall. We ordered an egg roll each and I ordered the Shrimp Moo Shoo Pork. My 12 year old granddaughter ordered Sesame Chicken. We got our drinks and proceeded to a table. The lady behind the counter brought out piping hot eggrolls , sweet and sour sauce and I asked her for some hot mustard which she brought out immediately. The eggrolls were delicious ! Next came our entrees. Everything was served on paper plates and the cutlery is plastic. My Moo Shoo Pork was the best I had ever had! It came with pancakes and the plum sauce was amazing. Not bitter like it can be at some places. I couldn't get over how may shrimp were in this dish. My granddaughter's Sesame Chicken was equally delicious. The portions were generous and we needed to go boxes to take home our leftovers. People were coming to pick up take out which seemed to be quite popular. We were lucky to find this little place and I'm sure the rest of the dishes are equally as tasty as the ones we had ordered. I spoke to the lady as we left and told her how happy we were with our meals. I would highly recommend this little gem to anyone who loves good quality Chinese food!

Close to the hotel we stay in downtown. Fast friendly service. Delivery is very quick. Food is great for the price. Does not break the wallet.

We had a lovely dinner for my sonâs birthday. Great service and excellent food. I ordered chicken with cashews. Very tasty. All of us (5) enjoyed our meals. We have eaten their many times and have never been disappointed.
