I would have to say that Chin's is the best Chinese restaurant in the Temecula/Murrieta valley offering quality fresh ingredients with good flavor. The vegetables are all cooked to precisely the right time, leaving them with the perfect firmness and nutrient value intact. The spicy dishes are unfortunately not spicy enough, in fact in some cases not at all. If you like a traditional spicy dish, I would suggest asking the waiter to have the cooks make it spicier, otherwise you'll be dipping into the hot mustard a great deal. Service is usually nice, although a little slow at times. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite nice. They have some large family tables with the lazy susan in the middle which makes for great family style eating.

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
Best happy hour in town! So I ordered a margarita but ordered dinner off regular menu. I enjoyed the miso glazed salmon served with steamed bok choy and brown rice. Meal was spectacular and the service was phenomenal, thanks to Talon. He made tonight a wonderful dining experience.

The arrival/start were slow, but quickly became a terrific experience after the kitchen helped the only server to get things moving. The dim sum offerings were extensive, delicious, and quickly served. Entrees included half duck, and sesame chicken, both very good (duck skin could be more crisp). The birthday dessert of sesame balls and ice cream was a very nice finish. We were satiated and took some leftovers home. Ambiance/decor is upscale nice. Excellent value.
