I visited for lunch with my friend.This restaurant's environment is great at the top of Nomura building. The lunch menu was $1500 and I could choose the main from 3 kinds of delicious Chinese, also, soup, spring roll, rice, desert was included.Most of restaurant in Japan are smoky but Tori restaurant wasn't smoky. I enjoyed lunch and reunion with my friend. I will visit again.

Came to stay here at Fuchu Continental Hotel , and used their restaurant Filly because I was too lazy to go out.The food was really good and the service was nice too, but it was a little bit pricy but acceptable though ! The hotel is quite close to the horse race, so if you like to gamble, you can stay here !I would definitely come back here again.
