Ate on a Monday evening in January. We chose this restaurant as it was the only one we could find open in Spalding town centre on a Monday evening !Interesting menu, essentially three choices for eating. Normal a la carte menu you would get anywhere, normal set meal options for 2/3/4 people etc again as you would get anywhere, but then there was the 2 course choice menu as I will call it. Basically for £13.50 per head - provided there are at least 2 of you - you may order 3 dishes per person from the starter menu (about 30 items to chose from) then 3 dishes each from the main courses/rice/noodle dishes on offer (again about 30 dishes). Many of the mains list the sauce/cooking style and you may then chose different meats or prawns. This seemed good value so we opted for this. Starters - chicken satay skewers - delicious. Seasme prawn toast - OK but only 2 pieces was disappointing. Smoked chicken - nice but in effect two chicken strips served in breadcrumbs - not the small pieces cooked in chili I have usually eaten. Breaded mushrooms - served rather cooler than they should have been. Prawns in batter - delicious. Mains - Lemon chicken - very good. Noodles with prawns - delicious, probably the best dish we had. Stir fried mixed veg, - good. Beef fried rice - good. Stir fried prawns in garlic and ginger - very good but small portion. Lamb in Szechuan sauce - very disappointing, meat totally overpowered by thick cloying sauce, could have been beef rather than lamb I would never have known. So some good dishes, some not so. Staff however were very friendly and welcoming. And price at£13.50 per head was very good.

This was our first visit here. After ordering we could immediately see that the people cooking had no kitchen clothing on e.g aprons, head wear etc... and the floors were very messy. The food was absolutely terrible. One of the things we ordered were the ribs, they were burned, dry and certainly not meaty. The sauce was also as bad with a really unpleasant taste. What we ordered here had nothing that tasted decent for a family dinner. Will not be going here again and definitely not recommended.
Excellent takeaway as recommended by the nearby travelodge. For sure would go again. Only downside was listening to the racist bigotry of seemingly local brexit supporters waiting for their food. What did foreigners ever do for Long Sutton then? Provide a great take away for a start Mister :)

A tasty Chinese buffet with as much as you like to eat. This was our first visit but hopefully not our last, The price is a reasonable 7.50.

Fantastic takeaway and the best in spalding . They do deliver but can take up to 2 hours in busy times and arrive cold so we phone an order in then collect about 25 mins later . Always hot and fresh this way .

Went here on the off chance, and so please we did.Maybe a little bit dated inside, but is clean and well maintained.Service was excellent. and the food was without doubt the best Chinese we have eaten! All served hot, and everything was delicious, and to top it all what was left was given to us in containers to take away! Also serves a few English dishes, so there should be something for everyone.Definitely will be using this place again to sit in and also for takeaways!

Ordered on a Sunday evening. An hours waiting time. We got there just after an hour and had to wait another ten minutes. I ordered a special fried rice and curry sauce. My girlfriend ordered an oriental finger box, rice and Hong Kong style sweet and sour. Mine was quite salty. The prawn toast I tried from the box wasnât very fresh and the box looked all very samey.A distinctly average Chinese Iâm afraid. Iâve had better but Iâve had worse. Useful when open on a Sunday evening when most others are closed.

We called in for the evening buffet, having already had the lunchtime menu which we found to be excellent. £20.95 per person for 4 different courses. We had two each of the starters which were very good. The duck with pancakes were also good, although not enough duck meat for more than 2 pancakes each. From here in, the portions got smaller, and the service slower. I had large diet coke my wife had tap water with ice. When reordering, my wife was told to help herself to tap water, no ice available. The chicken with salt & pepper was just 4 small nuggets of chicken. The beef in the beef with tomato was rather chewy so I left it. The rest was ok. Just waiting for our ice cream, I have put my glasses on, just in case. A bit disappointing as started at 5 stars but dropped as time progressed. Ah just turned up with ice cream, clearly the kids portion.

We specialize in Cantonese cuisine and have been a local favourite for over 25 years. Our vast range of dishes include baked lobster in ginger and spring onion to delicate steamed dim sum. If you are looking for a warm welcome and traditional Cantonese fo
We asked for large pancake rolls as part of a takeaway, but were refused so we ordered normal spring rolls instead. They were pathetic, so small that there was almost nothing identifiable inside and were bone dry. The chicken balls were ok and plenty of them, but the rest of the dishes were nothing special at all. £30 up the wall to be honest. Only went here as reviews seemed so good. When you lay out what you have bought on the table you really see just how little you get for your cash. Thanks though, as we have finally decided to stop takeaways altogether now as it seems all about them and not about the customer anymore. Takeaways used to be so good in this country and decent value for money!
