We ordered food to have delivered to our hotel, the order was correct and delivered in about 40 minutes, we were told 45 to an hour so that was good. General's chicken was good not too spicy, good rice. Egg rolls were OK, steamed dumplings were good and good sized. Beef with broccoli was good, we ordered small portion and it was still good sized. Crab rangoons were good, could have used more hot mustard. Delivery guy was nice and prompt.

I wish they opened earlier than Noon, and had more space for people. Get here right away if you want a seat and be prepared for authentic Chinese food and great Dim Sum options. This is not your typical American-style Chinese restaurant (and I am so glad it isn't).

The extensive variety of fresh ingredients are well-prepped and offered in temperature controlled buffet tables. I noticed an employee checking the temperatures of each ingredient with an instant-read thermometer. They have a wide range of tasty sauces from mild to extra hot. After picking up your bowl, you choose all the ingredients youâd like in your finished dish, add 5-7 ladles of sauce and proceed to the grill where grill chefs cook your meal. This is an all you can eat buffet, so itâs fairly priced. I chose chicken, rice noodles, mushrooms, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, broccoli, sprouts, fresh cilantro and sauces including ladles of ginger, peanut, garlic, and hoisin. I topped off the grilled dish with some chopped peanuts. It was a delicious medium spicy meal similar to pad ThaiThe restaurant is new, and the staff, while still learning, provided very good service.My husband and I both chose hot and sour soup and I ordered green tea. This is where the restaurant can improve. The soup had a very strange and off-putting aroma. The flavor was overly sour, not well-balanced, and this aroma turned the soup from odd to inedible for us. The green tea was not horrible, but it was so mild as to be almost flavorless. The way the tea was served was a miss as well. A good cup of tea should be prepared by putting the tea bag in a pot and then pouring in the boiling water. I got a cup of hot water, and a tea bag. The waiter thoughtfully covered the cup with a saucer with the intention of keeping the water hot while I was getting my meal, but it didnât work very well. Worth another visit.

I drove by this place awhile back and decided to try it for dinner. I have to say that it was really good!You place your order at the counter and then it is brought out to you. We got a combo dinner (choice of main course with a crab rangoon + soup + drink). I think it was $7.99 which was a good price. The service was really great and very attentive for counter service. There is also a drive-through as well.The only reason I didn't give this five stars was the ambience really isn't there. Go for the good for sure.

I have been a parton of the GRAND Wok since it openned it's door in Shawnee. The wait staff are friendly and my carry-out order is always on time and very well prepared. I have tried a variety of dishes over the past few years and each is delivered hot, professionally prepared, and as described by the menu or staff. I eat there several times a month. Try the appetizer tray, yum!!!

hibachi was very plain tasting, with not much seasoning. We went online with one of the sites to check prices of this restaurant. Very surprised when we arrived and the menu was much higher, almost twice as much. This isn't very good when you are budgeting for a family and find out it's twice as high. Will be more careful in the future when checking menu prices online. My advice is beware, call in advance to get menu prices if this is a problem.

Best Chinese around. Crab Rangoon to die for. Love everything on the menu that we have tried. Excellent Chinese offerings but can also eat healthy with steamed veggies. Don't miss. Great for eating in or carry out.

Family owned and operated. Excellent service. Excellent food with an extensive menu. Everything is cooked fresh and each dish has it's own flavor, unlike many Chinese restaurants where all the dishes taste basically the same. They use only fresh green beans in their food. On our last visit, they told us that the beans they had gotten in were not very good, so they did not accept them and are not serving bean dishes until the fresh beans come in. It is that kind of care for the quality of the food they are serving that makes a difference. Restaurant is old school Chinese. Larger round tables have a lazy Susan in the center to facilitate family dining. Highly recommend!
