Very good Chinese food with a wide range of wonderful choices. We have had the moo- goo gai pan, Lovers' Shrimp, spicy won ton, shrimp toast, hot and sour soup, Imperial Fried Rice, chicken with snow peas, and spicy scallops in garlic sauce, and everything was delicious! The service is outstanding. Prices are moderate.

I visited Hot Wok to get some take out for the family.the food was promptly prepared and was tasty. The staff was very nice and helped me make sure I had everything I needed before leaving.The family liked the food as well. It was a nice visit for the takeout.

Started to go into the restaurant today and then noticed the line on the inside. Decided to go through the empty drive-thru and was served quickly. The person working the window was very friendly. It's been a bit of a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes the service is very good and sometimes it can be weak.

We were looking for some cooked to order Chinese food in San Marcos and found Asian Garden. It is located in a strip mall and appears to do a robust take out and delivery business in addition to their dining room service. The main dishes are cooked to order and food is ordered at the counter, then delivered to your table. They have a wide variety of dishes available including most of the standbys I have come to expect. I have a food allergy and they were able to assist and ensure my order was free of the suspect ingredient. The food had a good flavor and the combo has choices of fried or steamed rice as well as a spring roll or crab rangoon. I liked the crab rangoon and the fried rice, as well as the garlic chicken. Everything was done well. This is a small restaurant that does not feature full table service but for the type of service this is a great find. I would come back again!
