Things to do in Saint Ann
Being in town on business I looked through the reviews online for Chinese food and the positive reviews that many other experienced I too did. Their portions are large and I eat a lot but couldn't finish it all. I ordered General Tso chicken with pork fried rice, egg rolls and chicken on stick. I was only able to graze a portion of this spread but it was all delicious. If back in this area of town near airport looking for Chinese I'll pick Panda first.

I have heard some bad things about some Chinese restaurant's kitchens in the area, that is why I feel so comfortable that at China House I can see exactly what they are cooking and how clean and family oriented they are. And the food is excellent, my mother-in-law orders it often while she is in my area because it is the best she's ever had.
My brothers discovered this little place around the corner from our hotel. Their main complaint was that they had to wait so long for the food. The cook made everything fresh after they had ordered it. My brother and I had the duck fried rice. He liked it. I found it a bit bland. My other brother got the orange chicken and enjoyed it. The serving was quite generous. Mom got chicken wings and they were ok - nothing special. I also got an order of potstickers, which were tasty, but a bit overcooked (ie: hard at the ends). The egg roll was very fresh tasting. My brother's advice is to call ahead so you don't have to wait so long.

Not our favorite Chinese but not the worst in the area. The egg drop soup is good, the egg rolls are greasey. Still overly soy sauced, little differentiation between dishes. Average--the type of thing your office orders for lunch because it's cheap and delivers.
After getting a root canal and wanting something tasty, I remembered seeing this little place near my house. I decided that pot stickers would be safe to eat with my sore jaw (ie: soft and easy to chew). What a great surprise! The dumplings were oh so fresh and homemade! The sauce definitely didn't come out of bottle either. I told my BF and we went back two days later for a quick snack before going to the theater. The potstickers were just as good and fresh and delicious. Two days after that we went for dinner and as we had expected, everything was fresh and delicious. More potstickers (of course!) and the sauce was slightly different from before, as you would expect with freshly made (small variation). I got Pad Thai and it was the best I've had in a long time. (And I had a Thai roommate in college, so I've had quite a bit). The BF had Chicken with Garlic Sauce and loved it. 'It was very tasty with fresh broccoli florettes and beautiful little carrots. It was full of tasty goodness!' He had asked for hot and when he mentioned that he had expected HOT, he got a whole big container of red spicy hot sauce to add to his noodles. So, I've eaten here three times in seven days and enjoyed each visit. This is my new favorite restaurant!
