Had a great meal with my colleague and the girl name Vicky who was serving us was young and hard working. She speaks fluent Chinese and gives us suggestions to go around Luzern. #1 Chinese restaurant in the town. A must for Chinese food lover.

This was our first visit to the restaurant and, if we are honest, it was the best meal we had had in a local restaurant since we arrived 10 days ago. The host spoke very good English and the staff were convivial. We ordered Won Ton Soup (lovely) followed by Shrimps - which were more like large prawns - with black pepper, rice and a side of Pak Choy cooked with garlic along with Szechuan Pork with fried rice and a nice glass or two of Swiss White wine (sorry I cannot remember the actual name) and a glass of Bodegas red. With a small bottle of Pelegrino water the bill for this very substantial meal came to SF130.60 which we felt was really good value for money. Everything was well presented, the atmosphere in the restaurant relaxed, the patron and his staff efficient, friendly and attentive. We will definitely return to Dragon Schatz.

Amazing view and nice location. Beside of that, something is wrong with the servive. People seems to be not well educated about the service, there is a big lacking of engagement and customer care, even they are friendly. Nobody looked happy of working there. Angry-eye-looks from employe to employe. It looked like there is no teamspirit or good management behind, which the customer strongly feels. Service was not on that level what you pay for. And: they kill the ambient with terrible white LED light on the balcony, which makes you feel you are in a football-stadium instead of a cosy dinner-place. Free advice: turn off the bright light and put some candles on the tables. Great service. Good support for gluten-free requirements (cooked special meal) and excellent quality of food. Specialties: Hot-sour soup, spring rolls, chicken with lemon sauce.
