Well a hint for evryone. If u come here as early at 11 am.. evrything is fresh. Store is clean. If u came here at 12 pm, lunchtime, kinda busy but it depends on service and customer's time to choose food. Chief are fast cooking food so definitely ull get fresh. But u'll get in the line . Waited and sometimes, employee dont have time to clean the lobby wer u eat. Oh well. But hey! Good food since u can do free taste not like others and what good thing about it, u can ask for fresh food if u dont like the look of it. Employee got different attotude. Some are nice, some are dont. Haha i got no problem w that tho, im just saying. Quantity of food is poor if ur so hungry or a starving one. Theyre measuring it. $1.00 extra for any seafood So b aware. Restroom is clean. Prices are varies. Dont come here 5 minutes before they close.. either theyre running out and all foods are dry or u wait for them to cook u one but it depends on them. Manager says theyre Busy hour is 12-2 pm and 5-7pm. So either u wanna join the fresh food but messy lobby or u'll wait for them to cook fresh for u but clean lobby.price is high like gas price so yeah. Try here.
This is a fun place to take your friends and family to share a meal. Large parties are more than welcome, service fast and for the most part friendly. the food is really good if you can not find some thing on the several food bars your not trying. Also they have a grill ready to cook any concoction you thing you will enjoy, mine never turn out as good as I think they should oh well. The kids love the dessert bar. The best part you won't feel rushed just enjoy the meal and your Family. Not overly expensive, unless your paying for everyone.
Best home delivery service... good quality food and freshest of foods. Little to no oil used. Always delivery ahead of quoted schedule. Price is right for Chinese food and the portions are always more than what you expect. You can eat several meals. My favorite menu items: Sweet & Sour Pork, Combination Plate for 2 and Foil wrapped Chicken.

Noodles Fresh serves gluten-free, imported Chinese noodle plates, soup bowls and rice plates. These dishes offer vegetarian and meat options. In addition, locally produced ramen noodles, craft beers, California wines and Chinese handcrafted pots of tea. C
We ordered the seafood ramen stir fried. Loaded with shrimp, calamari, fish and pea pods. The noodles were perfectly cooked and fried with a very flavorful. We also ordered a seafood soup. It had a lot of noodles and shrimp but lacked flavor. You had to add soy sauce to enhance it. Prices average and service good.Thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. We truly appreciate your kind support. By the way, there is our home made chili sauce on eveytsble that is commonly used to spice up the Canton Seafood noodle bowl too. Thanks again

This was my first time eating here. The food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked the mango pudding. There was ample parking.

I have noticed lower ratings by other people, you can surprise me; every time we go the placed is packed. The food is fresh and plenty of food to eat. If you go away hungry it is your fault. As for us we will be back soon.

Unassuming location interestingly tucked away as I found this place accidentally. There is parking (ADA access) yet get there before noon. My entrance to many folks enjoying seafood dishes and dim sum was greeted with a waiter seating me promptly. Clearly seeing I was new, a servier came by and explained their incredible menu. The food is excellent, the ample dim sum is delicious, and be choosy as there is LOTS to choose from. The serviers were so helpful when I pointed to unknown dim sum dishes. Upon leaving, thanked me for stopping by..and yes, I will be returning.

This is a great chinese restraunt for lunch. The portions are large and the service is great. The price is very affordable, meaning lunch with soda for less than $9.00.

I went to the restaurant because my Chinese American cousin suggested the place ... the food was mediocre, the bathroom was SUPER disgusting bathroom, and WAAAAY too expensive. 4 of us had dim sum and it cost me $90. Ridiculous for the quality of food and the amount that I ate. I will never return.

Although there are many Chinese restaurants in Berkeley, the ones that I have gone to, including some of the top-rated ones have left me a bit disappointed. Dalian is my current favorite amongst the Berkeley Chinese restaurants. When I was out at the Pacific Mall, and looked at the menu for Sichuan Fusion, I decided to give it a try. That was well over a year ago. I have been back multiple times since then. That alone should tell you I like it. If you read my prior review, you will understand why I would discourage you from ordering the lunch specials. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad day, but I have subsequently ordered entirely off the regular menu, and have found that to be a much more satisfying experience. There is one dish that I always order. Sometimes I even get two orders, one to eat at the restaurant and the second to take home. That dish is ma po tofu. I am not a vegetarian or vegan, but I am fond of tofu in many forms, and I like the version of ma po tofu at Sichuan Fusion the most of any that I have had locally. You can taste the Szechuan peppercorn that is in it, and dou ban jiang is also evident. I happen to like spicy food, and a few minutes after you start eating this you feel warm all over. We have tried the tea-smoked duck, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The skin is nice and crisp, and the fat fully rendered. Both the twice-fried green beans and the eggplant dishes are good, but not as spicy as they could be. We recently had a stir-fried dish that came loaded with 40-50 chili peppers, and can be ordered with either lamb or beef. I believe it was Uygur-style beef/lamb. In the beef version that we had, the thinly sliced meat was almost crunchy, and there was a cumin flavor in the dish. I thought it was very tasty, had a nice level of heat, and I would love to try the lamb version in the future. Perhaps the only stir-fried beef dish that we were unenthused by is one of their specials that has corn in it. Look at the pictures in the menu for the proper name; it was the only dish that I remember having corn in it. I would have thought that fresh corn would have been used, but it used canned corn instead. Overall, I think there is an incredible variety to choose from, and each time we have gone there has been at least one standout dish beyond the ma po tofu. I look forward to each visit and finding something new that I really enjoy. Each time I have dined there, I have been one of the few non-Asian guests. I consider this a very positive sign. Each time I have dined there the portions have been very generous, and we always leave with enough leftovers for at least another meal. The restaurant scores high on value in my book. It seems like a great place to take a large group. It is a probably a good thing that this restaurant is a drive away from my house. If it were closer by and/or within walking distance I suspect I would be eating here more often I really should and missing out on trying other new restaurants in the area. If you are looking for a break from Chinese food with toned down seasonings, then give Sichuan Fusion a try. Although you can choose dishes that are mild, I would encourage you to live dangerously, and feel the burn.
