This restaurant used to be owned by Kimono and was Japanese Cuisine. Under new ownership, it has now been completely remodeled and has a new menu which includes Chinese, Thai, etc. The food was okay, but I didn't think as tasty as Kimono's was. I didn't like the remodel. Kimono had a number of booths and we always sat in a booth for a more intimate setting. Those are gone. All the tables are out in the open. The 3 TV screens they have are useless. They're difficult to see from the tables the way they are situated, they have no sound and no closed captioning. They might as well get rid of them.

My husband loves Chinese and I like Chinese. He has takeout from Chang Hua at least twice a month. I think they are a bit pricey on the takeout but we are in a small town and the other Chinese restaurant is awful. The food here is fresh, well prepared and delicious. Last night I decided to order for a change so I added Beef and Broccoli. OH MY GOODNESS! The beef was so tender it just melted and the broccoli was so full of flavor that I could have eaten a plate of nothing but the broccoli. I can't remember ever having a better dish at any Chinese restaurant anywhere. Can't wait until my husband wants Chinese again.

Traveling means taking a chance. The portions on the trays are kept small so that items are fresh. On the clam shells, I found a delicious mixture. The stuffed mushrooms were a hit but the egg custard is hard to top. I had two servings. Just a little more light and a little more attention would bring this place up a notch.
