We went in for a lunch and were pleasantly surprised as the place is more high ended than the run of the mill Springfield Chinese. Prices are a bit higher, but quality and service supports it.
Hong Kong Inn has the best Cashew Chicken and Crab Rangoons I have ever eaten. They are reasonable on their prices and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this restaurant

My family and I ate at Golden Dragon and while the service was good and the food was good something seemed to be lacking. The building is old and needs renovated. I ordered general chicken and it wasnt like any general chicken I had ever eaten before. Their general chicken has too much garlic in it for my liking.
Not really sure why so many bad reviews. Has a good selection of both typical Springfield style fried chicken/doused in sauces type of entrees but also has wok cooked items with veggies. I enjoyed the hot and sour soup. Service was very nice and pricing for dinner was not high compared to places in Springfield.
Decided to try a different Chinese restaurant today. Well, you order at counter, girls very helpful & friendly.Husband got sweet & sour chicken w/ fried Rangoon. I had chicken fried rice. All was good, but we are spoiled by delicious Leongs! Probably not be back to visit Lucy! Not bad, just not great!
