I had the steamed vegetable dumplings and General Tao chicken. The steamed dumplings were great. I usually get pork, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the vegetable dumplings. The chicken was ok. The sauce was good, but I felt like the chicken was over cooked. I also got fried rice and it was good with lots of flavor and ingredients. The service was top notch and the reason for 4 stars instead of 3.

Ming's Kitchen serves great and interesting entrees, but their appetizers and a soup can make an enjoyable dinner. We had an egg drop soup [which was just OK] and a wonton soup [which was very good]. For appetizers we had a couple of spring rolls, a scallion pancake, some chicken satay [skewers], and wontons in chile oil [spicy and hot]. Could have ordered a portion of steamed rice - but we were full without it. Hot green tea was our drink. All this fro $30 plus tip. Pleasant surrounding and great, cordial service.

Great place to grab take out, but not for your sit in. Not enough choices if there for actual buffet style eating. Great for on the go! Friendly people.
