We were approached outside Jade Gardens and decided to give it a try. We decided on one of the the set menus. The food was freshly cooked and excellent. More than we could possibly eat. The lady from the kitchen who served our food was charming and delightful, which is more that can be said for the lady who served our drinks. She came across as being very abrupt. We werenât asked how our meal was by her, and we were waiting for coffee which was part of our set meal that never arrived. We were presented with the bill without having asked for it as we had not completed our meal. By this time we just wanted to leave anyway. Such a shame as the food and kitchen staff were wonderful.

Went here a couple of times for a cheap lunch. The food is really great and the service is lovely. The setting is nice as youâre on a verandah overlooking the Gap so great for people watching. Had a couple of bits off the lunch menu including the chicken in black bean with egg fried rice, chicken and sweet corn soup and some outstanding vegetable spring rolls. Really good place if you want a quick bite offering value for money

This place is hidden away above the Steakhouse & Grill, but owner/waitress was friendly and welcoming. Seemed to be on her own, plus maybe someone else cooking, but unsure as she disappeared for long periods of time. Food choice good and tasty. Reasonable prices.
