This restaurant is the location of the breakfast buffet for the Hotel Nikko at the Obihiro Train Station. The breakfast is mainly Japanese with Cho Suey (chicken) offered along with the Regional cuisine of Hokkaido. The Regional dishes included the pork domburi (awesome!), potato salad, roasted potatos, grilled salmon, fresh buckwheat soba, pickles, crab soup (king crab legs floating in the crab soup). They also have scrambled eggs, sausage and pastry/breads. Great breakfast that we enjoyed every morning. Staff were friendly.

There are rows of small restaurants which can set about 8 pax. They served beer, food, snacks and alcohol. It is a great place to stress out and enjoy.

Yes, I said it. I believe this is best Chinese Restaurant in Town. WHY? at lunch they have very reasonable buffet with various dishes. They got vegetable, meat, soup and noodles with dumplings as well for JPY1,100. I've tried few similar restaurants and they all provide what fits JPY1,100. But this restaurant seems beyond that. Night time, much more higher budget but worth it. Deep deep well thought and skillful cooked dishes are not just about oily Chinese food but serious Chinese cuisine. They have regular size and smaller size as you can try out for many different dishes. Since this is Hokkaido, their seafood based Chinese dishes makes you dance. The only strange thing is that good dishes usually invites strong drinks. But some how, I rarely drink here. I rarely even have beer here. Great food.

Typical â to the point of being stereotypical â (Japanese) Chinese restaurant. Best of its kind in Obihiro, so it is popular and customers often have to wait for a table. Large menu, but most of the food tastes as if it has been reheated on the microwave. Probably lost of MSG. Good tea.
