The pepper steak with fried rice is good, and so was the sweet & sour chicken. They give you plenty of food. They will also let you substitute the egg roll for something else. We always find free hot tea on the counter.

The buffet at Bamboo is wonderful! Additional, they have been able to provide excellent Japanese and Chinese food. The interior was just upgraded in a stylish and tasteful asian aesthetic. The restaurant is very clean, service excellent and price very competitive for the high quality food. They have a sushi bar and small bar. Highly recommend that you try this restaurant and you will not be disappointed.

Having abandoned the much-overrated Bamboo at the Holiday Inn, and not impressed with the Wok, we decided to try Bamboo House 2 for a quiet Sunday lunch. Everything looked good, so we tried our luck by combining several individual dishes and were pleasantly surprised by both the aroma, appearance and presentation of the platters. The only downfall was the size of each plate, so if you're really hungry, you need to order at least 25% more than you normally do per person. The location is ideal with large windows and during our visit, it was very quiet so I could watch and hear the game on the jumbo screen behind me.

We love this place and were happily surprised. We've lived in multiple parts of Boston and were paying way more $ for mediocre Chinese food until we moved to Norwood and tried this place. The food is delicious and the price is much more reasonable. The man who runs it is so nice and friendly, even when our toddler is in there screaming! Whenever we get take out we go to them. Great lunch specials too!

We came here with a large group for hibachi and sushi and had a really positive experience. Hibachi menu was pretty broad and everyone enjoyed their dinners. Prices were reasonable with big portions. Well prepared and good hibachi chef.The sushi was quite good -- better than I had thought it would be. Nice diversity of roll choices, and good sized rolls. Better than Takara or Gourmet Garden in Canton. Did take out last week and enjoyed that also. We will be going back.

Having been to this establishment before as our go-to Chinese destination outside of Chinatown, our most recent experience has now left me with a yearning to find another Chinese restaurant for one BIG main reason: the CLUELESS WAITRESS! This Neanderthal was so clueless that when we asked for extra plates she didn't know what that meant! I felt like we were living a recent episode of ABC's "What Would You Do" where the patrons were upset with their waiter for non-service related issues. My first indication this was going to be a less-than memorable gastronomic experience was when I asked her how was the Mongolian Beef prepared and she gave me a "deer-in-the-headlights" look and a shrug, so instead I ordered a chow fon dish which she misinterpreted as chow mein! Granted she wasn't oriental, but that's no excuse for now knowing the items on the menu. On top of it, the chicken with spiced vegetables was so bland I left it behind - and that's on the chefs. Needless to say, I am saying "sayonara" to Bamboo cafe and its clueless waitress, and heading back to Chinatown for the real deal!

This is a very decent Asian Cuisine restaurant that's about a half mile down the road from the Marriott Courtyard hotel in Norwood. I ordered take-out...they have Chinese Cantonese/Szechuan, Thai specialties on the menu. I ordered, Pork Fried Rice, Szechuan mixed vegetables and Beef Broccoli and all were equally delicious ... I definitely would eat there again on my next trip to the area.

We were in Norwood for a dance competition and were so excited to find a Shabu place. We have NONE in our state :(. We were seated right away and had a great waitress. The choices were the same as the places we have been in Boston. We ordered the regular soup base and the kimchi. Everything came out quickly and was standard for shabu. I did love how there were instructions at the table though. I have not seen that before! I ordered an avocado and mango roll, again something I have not seen before. It was excellent. The restaurant was not too busy, but it is so good. We had to park a block away, but it was just a short walk. We are so happy to know that the next time we are in the area for competition we have another shabu place to go to! There are really yummy candies on the table in the front on the way out, be sure to grab one!! If the owners are reading we desperately need shabu restaurants in NH so come on up!
