Had a good stop at the roadhouse for an appetizer and main course. The onion rings were really good and crispy. The ginger beer was good but the rice was a little stale. Service was good and friendly. Definitely a good ole biker bar but vet popular and for good reason.

My husband and I have always enjoyed the truck stop for dinner. However this time was horrible. My husband ordered the baconion burger. When he recieved it it was just dripping with grease, he had to get another plate because it was so greasy. Needless to say he didn't eat it. The waitress was by herself, didn't have time to come check to see how everything was. When she brought the bill over is when we told her. There was no manager on duty to complain too. Will not be back again. So disappointing was a great place.

Not interested in modern decor. The place was clean and provided a wonderful buffet. There appeared to be only small amounts of some items but it was stocked fresh before it was all gone. We enjoyed the fruit bar and the desserts. My 1/2 asian husband loved it and we will eat there again. Reminds me of a restaurant in Vancouver's chinatown. Staff was great and quick to answer any questions. One of the better eating experiences we have had lately found some of the breading a little much on the chicken balls and prawns. How many buffets serve prawns though now.
They have a very nice buffet. The food is very good, at 5:00pm. Sadly, they refill the steam trays while the leftovers remain at the bottom. As they evening goes on they even stop the restocking. By 7:00pm it is rather done, dried out or stuck to the bottoms of the trays. If you are going, go early; otherwise go elsewhere.
