Ordered off the Lunch Special menu. Kung Pow Chicken and Shrimp with Vegetables. Choice of white or fried rice. Both meals excellent. Very fresh, not overcooked. Clean restaurant. Small but works. Quite a few takeouts while we ate. Seems very popular. Very nice service. Would go back if we are in the area again. .

Three large steam tables with good variety of dishes. Steamed salmon most every dinner, great walnut shrimp, and an awesome General Tso's chicken. No salad bar, but some fresh cut fruits are available.
The name of this restaurant is #1 Express Chinese Food. It is located in the strip mall just in front of the Cub Foods. They have a similar menu to most Chinese take out restaurants including some good lunch or dinner combination specials. There are 2 tables that seat 4 people each. This is primarily a take out restaurant. The woman taking the orders was very nice and I noticed she said "thank you for your business" to the customers.

They are in a bowling alley's parking lot, If you blink you may miss them, A small restaurant, the food pictures on the wall are outdated, the atmosphere is not that great. Get it to go is the best option here. They have the best shrimp egg foo young in the area, we enjoy the vietnamese egg rolls, a great crunch and the dipping sauce is really good. The cheese wontons are also a great choice. The wings aren't our favorites but it's a chinese place. We also have had teh scallop delight which is a good selection. The kids also like the lo mein, it's always hot and fresh. The owners work hard to please you and it's a great place to get great food. It beats fast food.
Where to eat International food in New Hope: The Best Restaurants and Bars
We have been eating food from Keng's for almost 40 years, and my wife longer than that. We have friends from out of town who want to go there when they are in the Twin Cities. Their food is award winning and deserves the accolades. The restaurant is your typical "hole in the wall" joint, but don't be fooled by looks - the food is the best!

Egg Foo Yung and cream cheese puffs for a ew dollars more. You can feed a large family for $20, Wait time is about 5 minutes.
