We drive up from Waxahachie because the place in town closed (before the Thai placed opened) and Wong's has rice noodles (wife and daughter need gluten-free food). Have been going to Wong's for at least three years and never had a bad meal.

Well the title says it all its the best Chinese food in town. The service is great and super fast. They also opened up a yogurt shop which is yummy as well. They are a little it on the expensive side but heck they give you alot of food. I can eat off of it for like 3 days lol

Since the restaurant opened, we have been in several times, each time hoping that it would improve, but sadly it has gotten worse. Last night was the final visit for us. Evidently, this manager is cutting corners to make more profit. I love honey walnut shrimp, but after the second time eating it here, I realized I'd better sample beforehand. They mix the fresh cooked with the old, creating a serious health risk. Most times, I simply ask that they cook mine fresh. Yesterday, I tested beforehand, and the piece I sampled tasted fresh. However, only 3 of the 8 on my plate (which the server actually counted as he put them on my plate) were fresh. The rest were fishy and rubbery. Last night's meal was just warm enough to eat, not hot, not cold. There are several dishes you must wait on consistently at supper time, the cheaper vegetables are overloaded into the dishes, and the portions have consistently decreased since their opening. While the wait time might be expected during supper time, we have tried early and later, only to see gross dried out food in the serving bowls, which they then mix fresh into. We'll make the drive the Waxahachie or Mansfield (the best) in the future. Panda is usually great and one of my favorites. I hate leaving a negative for a hometown restaurant, but enough is enough. Hopefully they'll make a change, or this review will keep someone from getting sick.
