I have driven by the Fusion House Restaurant a few dozen times and it is always inviting. Stopped by the other night with my wife and 7 grandkids and we all had a great time. Great food, great service, fair pricing. We all tried a different dish and not one complaint from anyone. I will be back again and again.

This was our first time trying Yang Ming since we used to go to Chief Wok out of convenience. The food at Yang Ming was pretty good (takeout). We tried the Beef with Broccoli, the Lemongrass Chicken, and the Vegetable Egg Foo Yong. The food was delivered hot and for the most part, it tasted pretty fresh. Not sure it's the best Chinese food we've ever had, but for Salem, NH it was good.

The food was very good and the menu large. Not many Chinese restaurants have lamb on the menu! It was a bit pricier than normal and they do not serve rice with their entrees unless you pay extra for it. The service was decent but with seven of us, the order got slightly messed up but was fixed promptly. It was very clean. The atmosphere was nothing special.

Remember the Cantonese Chinese restaurants serving pseudo-Chinese food back in the late 1960's. Before Szechuan, Hunan and other regional cuisines were introduced into the US, Chinese food meant "Chop Suey" (not actually Chinese), Chow Mein (not actually Chinese) and other greasy, salty and uninspiring dishes.
