Discover Restaurants offering the best Chinese food in Little Neck, New York, United States. Little Neck is an upper middle class neighborhood of Queens, New York City, bordered on the north by Little Neck Bay and on the east by Great Neck in Nassau County. Due to this proximity to Nassau, Little Neck remains one of the most suburban-looking areas in New York City. The southern border is the Grand Central Parkway, and to the west is Douglaston. The Little Neck station is the easternmost New York City station on the busy Port Washington Branch of the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), and thus Little Neck is home to the busiest of approximately a dozen remaining railway grade crossings in New York City. The neighborhood is part of Queens Community Board 11.
This place is what you would expect from a Chinese take out. The food is good, they made my order quickly and the prices are very reasonable. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.
Uninspired menu of basic Chinese. Certainly not the worst but hardly worth traveling to. Believe it or not there seems to be a shortage of really good Chinese restaurants in the Little Neck, Douglaston area so this place wins by default. I do wish it were a bit better so there would be a compelling reason to go there. Unfortunately there's just no cost to value or anything special about the place.
This is our TOP spot when visiting family in Great Neck. Convenient location with many ethnic dining spots nearby, we always save dessert for Red Lotus. Fresh ingredients. Just baked. Incredibly tasty. Always clean. In addition to many Chinese cookies, cakes and pastries, I love the Red Bean Shake! We always return...
Fairly new small ethnic place in Koreatown/Chinatown Northern Boulevard, Queens, not far from our place. Stopped to have quick lunch. It was quite good. The noodle and meat dishes were both well done, The place was very clean and the owners very polite. Will stop by again to try other dishes.

On a recommendation we went to this 2-month old Sichuan restaurant.Like: their wine glasses, classical music, the food and the decor.I asked in Chinese if theyâve liquor license before going.âYou can bring red wine but not beer and soda because we serve them.âSo I brought my red wine.As soon as I sat down, I saw they do have wines. âMisunderstanding,â one of the two male hosts said.I ordered the spicy crabs which I went for. A few minutes later was told they didnât have enough.âHow many do you have?ââFour.â And they use sic for the dish.âCanât you prorate the dish?â I pleaded.âOur margin is so thin â¦â the host said.Whatâs heck! The two female waiting staff were pretty inexperienced, probably their wives?⦠For the wine glasses and classic music n the food , Iâd return.

In the neighborhood, accidentally went to the wrong place after placing my order but the man was very nice about it once I called to see where they were exactly and I picked up some chicken Pho to go. Amazing. My first time trying it and I'm now hooked. Will come back for this as I have a feeling I'll like theirs better than places closer to where I love

We had dinner with our goddaughter and her husband on a Saturday night and decided to go down Northern Blvd to see where we would dine. We have been to LN1308 which was next door but there was a waiting line for over an hour so we selected Northern Manor instead. It was also very busy and we were seated in 10 minutes. Now having eaten in Manor, I can say that I prefer Manor over LN, the food was less salty and I thought the portion were a little larger. The service was friendly and attentive. The seafood was fresh and the vegetable were cooked perfectly. Will definitely try their dim sum when we are back in the area.

This is a fairly new restraurant, less than a year, in Little Neck area. Attracted by its fairly modern looking deco, dissapointed by the less than average quality of food it serves. This restaurant offers very similar menu as its neighbor, Northern Manor, though the price for every compatible dish is slightly higher.

When Little Dumpling first opened a few years back, I was really happy (being a dumpling fan) and couldn't wait to try the place. I was absolutely delighted to learn they offered soup dumplings on their menu, as those have always been among my favorite dumplings to enjoy, but often I'd have to travel into Flushing or Chinatown in the city to enjoy authentic soup dumplings.Little Dumpling is located just near Marathon Parkway, there is parking in front, and the restaurant itself is kind or large, so they have ample seating for their guests.Aside from the soup dumplings, Pork Meatballs in Brown Sauce is one of my favorites along with baby bok choy. They really offer a nice variety of items on the menu, I'm still wading my way through the various options to discover tasty new dishes everytime I go.Since Little Dumpling is within walking distance from where I live, I'll often stop by for lunch or after some shopping for a snack or bite to eat, (but honestly, mostly for an order of the soup dumplings) because they just taste best when they are freshly prepared & served, I've tried ordering them take out every once & a while & while they're good, they just taste better in the restaurant.I'd surely suggest checking this place out if your seeking some delicious & tasty Taiwanese cuisine!
