We saw that this chinese had the best reviews for the town of Lithgow. The decor was very dated and well used, the entry and outside view looked shabby.We arrived at 7:26pm and were told that the server would have to "ask the cook if she wanted to cook more because she usually likes to shut at 8pm." There is something to be said about the discomfort of being made to feel like the restaurant is doing YOU the favor of cooking for you.We ordered an entree for my partner who was not hungry and asked for a small vegetarian rice for me and garlic vegetables.The server then proceeded to the kitchen to talk loudly to the chef about how we would want all the food out at once because "the entree is for him but she is eating the rest! She is not sharing" little more awkwardness.The Garlic vegetables were still quite aldente and the rice was the nicest part (which we did share), all food was on the bland side.

Our group of 3 including an elderly adult with limited mobility dined here for lunch. The staff were very helpful with our seating request. The service is great & the food was served very quickly & it came out piping hot. The vegetables were fresh & crispy in the Satay Vegetables & the omelettes were huge & very tasty. We had the lunchtime special which was great value .

Been coming here for years via work commitments. This place is equal to and better than a lot of places in bigger towns. Very good service and reasonably priced. Great cheap lunch specials, but the real meals are the winners, Gow Gee for entree are a winner and i particularly like the chili chicken "extra hot" really packs a punch but with wonderful flavors. I you are ever heading through "WANG" try this restaurant it will not disappoint..
