As of the 2010 United States Census, the city's population was 40,499, reflecting an increase of 1,105 (+2.8%) from the 39,394 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 2,693 (+7.3%) from the 36,701 counted in the 1990 Census.

At first time this place looks like a typical buffet, but there is something extra to set it apart. First it is located on a very convenient spot and very close to several shopping centers. Second, the place is usually not noise even when it is a full capacity. Third, it is a very clean place and you can see the staff taking care that the food is delivered correctly and served with care. Fourth the place is visited mainly by families and groups members of several churches. And last, but not least, the quality, variety and presentation of the food is very good.

I was looking for a Chinese restaurant with quick inexpensive lunch specials, and this place fit the bill. It was very clean, everyone was friendly, and the food was good. There were four of us eating and we rated the food from "ok" to "very good". If in the area again (we were staying at a nearby hotel), we will probably eat here again.

Don't go out of your way, but if you have a sense of humor and want to believe you're just off the beach on the north shore of Oahu, try it. Not for the food, which is very average. The dumplings were tasty but too doughy. A friend said his noodle dish was quite good. Most beers of the islands are available, as are all the pics and various wall ornaments. No, the waitresses don't wear grass skirts. In fact, we didn't have a waitress.Rather a man, who in no way looked Hawaiian, though at least he was friendly.Love that you seem to have liked us generally, but don't quite get the whole tiki bar thing. So sorry about that! And yes, hiring based on cultural background, gender, or ethnicity is usually frowned upon.

As far as buffets go, this one is nothing special, and the food is not always the freshest, a few times I have gotten the cold cocktail shrimp and they were so mushy I couldn't even peel them. I'm always careful about eating seafood there.
