We had family in town and wanted sushi, so we gave this place a try. They advertise 50% off sushi and their menu prices did reflect a discount compared to what we have paid in the past. My son got the all-you-can-eat and ordered his various sushi choices from the table. Even though he stopped at three rolls, it turned out to be a good value at $17. The rest of us ordered our own individual sushi rolls and an avocado salad and edamame for appetizers. The salad was standard iceberg lettuce, but they were generous with the avo slices and the dressing was delicious. I really enjoyed the Las Vegas roll. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back for the sushi.

We have never been to a PANDA EXPRESS and decided to try it out. We had peppered chicken, chow mein and fried rice. Fast service, reasonable prices but the food was underwhelming. Normally we go to sit down restaurants, and we find some great places to eat Asian food, especially in Salt Lake City and its burbs. After this experience, I would not eat there again. . . average at best.

The Royal Jade has become one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Layton. Even though, it is more Americanized Chinese food, it is still great. The best time to go is during lunch because you can get a whole meal including soup, wonton, fried rice, a huge portion of your favorite dish for around $6. I recommend that everyone at the table orders something different and you can ask for extra plates so you can share the different items as I said before the portions are huge and I find it hard to eat so much of the same thing. The service is great here and I would recommend it to any looking for an off the main drive chinese restaurant.

We've been going to China Hill for several years whenever we are in town and it is consistently good. The servings are large (family style), service is solid and fast, and the food is tasty. Overall a great choice when you're craving Chinese.

Asian Bistro is the "Champagne/Trendy" version of Asian Buffet on Hillfield (same family). Sushi items are 50% off, daily and the lunch menu is a steal! ($4.99 for tasty, rotating lunch dishes or two sushi rolls and soup). I found myself going several times a week for their Boston and Chicken Tempura rolls. I haven't tried it yet, but you can do an All-You-Can-Eat Sushi dinner for about twenty dollars. There are stipulations, but I'm sure it would be worth the treat. Be sure to try their fried rice. It's the best I've had anywhere.

I lived in Hong Kong for 2 years and BBQ Pork was one of my favorite meals to eat. The problem I have faced since being back in the US is finding a Chinese Restaurant that has comparable BBQ Pork. After searching for a couple of years, I found this gem. The Chinese BBQ Pork here is the closest thing you can get to real Hong Kong BBQ Pork. It tastes very good and is very addicting. I recommend getting a large dish of just the BBQ Pork which will cost you $10 and you get about 2 pounds of yummy goodness. The rest of the dishes are good, but the only thing I get here is the BBQ Pork because I can cook the rest of the Chinese dishes my family enjoys. The owners of the restaurant are from Hong Kong and speak Cantonese.

Ordered there for the first time today. They were very friendly over the phone and their delivery was very fast. The food was ok. My husband loves General Tso's chicken because of the spice. Theirs wasn't spicy AT ALL. The orange chicken was way too sweet and couldn't taste orange at all. Sesame chicken was pretty good. Loved their ham fried rice and the egg rolls were excellent. Everything kind of had a hint of very old greasy oil, though. Probably won't go back.

Experienced "reservations" about buffets in general and more resistance about eating there at first. However, upon entering you immediately know through your senses that all will be well at least and perhaps exceeding expectations. The "Seafood" items were more than plentiful to choose from as was the cuisine typically Chinese. The price was pleasantly low for the quality and the service commensurate with higher end entities. This restaurant was an eye opener and I will surely look forward to many more dinners there in the coming months. Try it, you'll not be disappointed P/S They have American dishes for those wanting more variety.

A great alternative to thickly breaded fried chicken and just baked...the crust is thin and crispy. The side items were nothing to mention.

If you love a good Mongolian grill this is a great place. We went here around 2 and the lunch crowd was just leaving. There is not a very long line and the food was great!
