Reviews on Chinese food in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. On the banks of the Volga River, Kazan sits austerely, its cityscape a visual confection of architecture that somehow manages to be both playful and severe. No matter your spiritual inclination, you simply must visit the Temple of All Religions, a Technicolor cultural center built by artist Ildar Khanov. Though still a work in progress, the "temple" is a feast for the eyes—and the spirit.

Wok & Go is a historic place in Kazan downtown. Located in 19th century mansion the place serves Asian noodles fast and with moderate price level. Top 10 TripAdvisor eating places for many years. Enjoy!
During a short stay in Kazan, I ended up having lunch here two days in a row cause I really liked the food and the staff. Simple but good menu, very reasonable prices and last but not least very friendly staff. If you are very hungry you might need a couple of dishes but the food is very inexpensive so try out a few different things on the menu. Hi! Many thanks for the warm words. We are very happy to see guests from foreign countries in our venues. Hope you liked the city as well. Please come back and enjoy your time in Tatarstan-)

Large, funky Asian fusion restaurant set alongside the Volga promenade. Terrific array of predominantly Chinese, but a variety of Japanese, Vietnamese and some Thai. The space is chic, the tunes are upbeat dance, which brings a youthful vibe.We start with spicy edamame and spring rolls. Both tops. Sushi rolls for the kids were great. Then the Peking duck pancakes. Delish. Then the steamed dim sum - good, but not superb. Then the dynamite prawns. Fresh, but a long way from being hot. Then some seasonal Chinese vegetables and steamed rice. Plenty without being too much.We wash it down with some Gewurtztraminer, which hit the spot after a Hoegaarden and Mojito to start.I love this town.
