Da Wok is the only Chinese restaurant worth going to in the entire Czech town of Karlovy vary. If you are a Chinese tour guide who already made a booking for your 23 guests to go to some other Chinese restaurant in Karlovy vary, you should definitely cancel that booking, and make a new booking for your big group at Da Wok. I don't care that you feel this restaurant "Da Wok" is further away from Hotel Pupp. Just cancel some other booking and change to Da Wok now. Other Chinese restaurants in Karlovy vary are just a waste of time and a waste of money. Those other ones are also dirty and their staff can't cook food. If you are a tourist from China, and your tour guide is taking you to a Chinese restaurant in Karlovy that is not Da Wok, then your tour guide is doing something bad to you.Da Wok is the only Chinese restaurant here that has the capacity and capability and manpower to serve groups.I know the owners of Da Wok themselves admitted to me, while chatting, that the cuisine they serve is not quite the same as what's there in mainland China. That's the limitation of the Czech Republic, that I attempt to get some fancy Chinese food but in the end it's not what I get. I've benefited from some buffet lunches at Da Wok, however, cheap prices yet good quality. I think they do a fairly good job. The owners were chatting to me, they are very friendly and hard-working. This place has a large capacity and a good environment. It is operated efficiently. When it comes to Chinese food, this place is currently the only hope in Karlovy vary. Go along and you're going to have a positive experience.

A já již chápu proÄ. Nejprve jsem se divila, kam mÄ to veze, ale jen do chvÃle nežli jsem veÅ¡la dovnitÅ. PÅehledné uspoÅádánà bufetů i výdeje hotových a minutkových jÃdel. Dost prostoru, tak se s nikým nemusÃte strkat. Velký výbÄr jÃdel a mnoho druhů salátů. Milý personál. MÃsta k sezenà je dostatek a poskytujà i pomÄrnÄ sluÅ¡né soukromÃ. Normally we don't write reviews for restaurants but for this we had to make an exception. We came in the restaurant as the only guests which was strange but as time past by more regular guests came to restaurant. We ordered an ordinary meal (sweet/sour chicken and chicken with bamboo and mushrooms) and were suprised by not only the amount of food that we got but also about the quality. It was delicious and for sure the best Czech Chinese in CZ. Our neighbour ordered chicken on the metal plate which looked amazing and is for sure something that we would advice to future guests. When you like good and a lot of food you are at the right adress. When you want a nicely decorated restaurant then it is fore sure the wrong place for you. It's cheap and tasty.
