They offer six weekday lunch specials Monday-Friday 11AM-2:30PM USD 6-9, I particularly loved fried fillet of halibut in hot garlic sauce, sweet, sour, spicy, requested be mild spiciness, USD 9; general Tso's chicken USD 7 were both an excellent value lunch, tasty. Pan fried king salmon in a light black bean sauce, crabmeat siumai, pan-fried dumplings were nice. Pork fried rice didn't see any pork, brown rice was an available option. Tiramisu for dessert was beautifully presented, delicious.

They've managed to be in business for decades offering food, daily lunch specials till 3pm, two items from their list, with white rice or fried rice is extra.The small wonton soup, almond chicken, chicken wings, fried rice, sweet and sour pork, beef green beans, were all subpar and disappointing. The eggroll was decent and the exception.

A great little restaurant with Asian options and everything we tried was super. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and professional. Our 3 generation, family of four had a great dinner and we highly recommend it!

This our second summer to hit Juneau with our grandkids, as Alaskans, and meet with frustration when looking for a restaurant. The cruise ship passengers well outnumber the residents and restaurants are crowded. Canton Asian Bistro is away from downtown and a delightful option which made us feel like we were in downtown Tokyo at a restful, stylishly decorated bistro. The waitstaff were attentive, and the food fresh. We ordered an assortment of dishes and none were disappointing. I believe everyone will find a good optionââwe will return.

Nice variety of good asian food. There is something for everyone on this menu. Combinations are huge. As with most asian restaurants, there is plenty of food. Service is good. Only thing that was strange was our meals all came out at different times, but everyones was hot.

Oh... I was so full after many yummy rolls, sushi, and apps. No doubt I'd return to get my sushi fix. Quality, inventiveness, and elegant presentation. Yum!
