Irwin is a borough in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, 22 miles (35 km) southeast of Pittsburgh. Some of the most extensive bituminous coal deposits in the State are located here. In the past, iron foundries, flour mills, car shops, facing and planing mills, electricals goods, and mirror factories provided employment to the residents. In 1900, the population numbered 2,452; it increased to 2,886 in 1910. The population was 3,973 at the 2010 census.

WE stopped by after church because our granddaughters love the fried rice and General Tsao's chicken. Very fast and friendly service. The owner was so nice she gave us a complimentary dish of Fried Banana's for desert. They were very good and my husband hogged them all.

We got takeout from Yummy Palace tonight. We have had good food from them in the past. But, tonight it wasn't good. I had the hot Thai soup and Gen Tso chicken. My wife had broccoli chicken. The soup was weak and tasted like hot water with a few vegetables in it. There was some chicken in it. But, it had the texture of a noodle and had no flavor. My wife's chicken had the same mushy texture and was flavorless. The Gen Tso chicken had more of a tomato sauce rather than the traditional sauce on it. I think we will look somewhere else when we want Aisian food!

Tried take out from this restaurant for first time. Service was, quick, accurate, and polite. The food was good, with good sized portions. The order of wonton soup was huge. Orange and curry chicken were both yummy. Once I got there, I decided to add an order of lo mien. They were quick with the addition without any fuss. Will get take out from here again
