P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
Had working dinner with a colleague and they suggested PF Changs. I do like chinese and westernised oriental food so happy to go with it. Food itself was good enough but not expectional. Wait staff had to be reminded multiple times to get a specifc condiment per our request and did not follow up to check if we were happy with food.

Interesting menu choices and most are good. Spare ribs were meaty and delicious. Pork potstickers were very good. Moo shu pork was very tasty as was the chicken with pine nuts and mango. Chicken with brown sauce had excellent fresh vegetables including string beans, snow peas and Chinese broccoli. Prices are a bit high but quality, service and atmosphere are all top notch.

Just checked into hotel. The restaurant closed at 230. They seated us at 230.Food was fresh, hot and cooked as it should be.Excellent soup. Fried was hot. Veggies cooked perfect. The only reason I gave 4 star is because restaurant is kinda unkempt. Its probably clean but really worn out. Not a strip mall expected better restaurant.

We were in the area, and figured why not try? First the steamed dumplings were very doughy, and undercooked. The restaurant was not very clean either, inches of dust on things. The dim sum was marginal, and unnoteworthy. My wifes chicken and snow peas was delicious. My jumbo shrimp was tasteless, and the vegetables undercooked. Will not be returning.

Seven of us in the family ate here: from the 8 year old to Grandma - and the food will appeal to all ages. The children's favourites - apart from the delicious fruit smoothies!- were the Tsao chicken and the soup dumpling, but be a bit more adventurous and try the tofu in chilli sauce. Everyone loved the dim sum dumplings. It's a great atmosphere and ideal venue for larger parties. The only slight snag could be finding a parking place!! Best to book at peak eating times.

I recently revisited O Mandarin for lunch with my son and was quite impressed. The Pork, Shrimp, and Leek pot stickers were some of the best I've tasted and the Twice Cooked Beef was very good as well. The off note was the Dan Dan noodles which were oddly tasteless, surprisingly unspiced (particularly given the heat in the Twice Cooked Beef), and made with vermicelli instead of more traditional toothy egg noodles. The decor is way above what is usually found in Chinese restaurants north of the Spuyten Duyvil and the service excellent. In short, O Mandarin is one of the two Westchester Chinese restaurants we've found worth eating in. Which isn't to say that it is as good as those in Manhattan much less SF or LA. But quite tasty nonetheless.
