Things to do in Fussa
We had our first date nite at NiraManju since moving to Japan,We loved the food and were immediately hooked . We grab take out when ever we can! Service is great and they have english speaking staff. My favorite dish is the Stamina Pork try it if you dare !! Spice level is high with generous amounts of red chilies ,veggies and perfectly cooked pork. Hubby is fond of the chicken and broccoli with chicken wings and fried dumplings. My next challenge that I'm trying tonight is the Spicy Dandan Ramen soup I can't wait !!! If you can't decide ask the server they will point you in the right direction ;)
So it's time for some gyoza, but not that ole packed and frozen stuff, some decent gyoza, made in a restaurant. Well, I think this gyoza is made here, but who can really know for sure? I've been here twice in four months and it's pretty good, not bad really. Now granted, it's not an up scale place, its more of a dinner like place, fast food place really. The fast food gyoza! It's cooked fast and hot, served by friendly folks and they will help you to place your order, even though they don't speak English. Try some, you just might be surprised!

I recommend the thick noodles, but it's up to you. This is the only ramen shop I've ever visited in Japan that offers a variety of noodle thicknesses to choose from. Excellent tsukemen: I like the beef and the pork best, but there's also a miso version that's quite sweet. Many people enjoy the miso ramen in varying degrees of spiciness. Their tamer ramen is also usually good but less interesting. Small, old-fashioned feel. Payment at a vending machine. Lots of English on the signs, and the owner can speak a tiny bit. Parking is complicated: Drive past it north and turn left to a lot with some spaces marked with bowls of ramen. He has a sign about it on the door and inside if you need help. Say "honban" at the end of your meal, and they'll add some ingredients to your leftover broth to make a small and tasty dish in three varieties (Korean, Italian or Japanese), which is heated up with sizzling hot rocks. Just don't put them in your mouth and you'll be fine.
