High quality ingredients and well cooked. Enjoyed several dishes on three different visits. Just suggest best to check out the wine if you order any - first time there we opted for an Alsace Riesling and only after starting to drink it (in 2016) found that it was really a little old in terms of vintage (2011 - which IMHO is a little old for such a light and fairly basic wine). Probably not so many 'takers' from the original stock? But, that small 'gripe' apart, we would recommend this restaurant for its tasty food (better than your average Chinese restaurant for us...).

Ate here as a family group of 8 and we were not disappointed ,the chef cooks your chosen dishes on a big hotplate in front of you and entertains you with his routine ,throwing eggs , juggling pepper mill, getting you to try and catch food in your mouth all great fun . The food was very tasty some of the best prawns I've had and the beef was excellent.

The friendly owner of this restaurant is the former world champion in Chinese cuisine. The food seemed perhaps a little more authentic than in most Chinese restaurants and it tasted really good. The restaurant itself may benefit from a little paint and refurbishing, but hey - it still is a very nice place to savour some great food with friends or family. The restaurant is located right in the middle of town.
I went to the Lucky Garden yesterday. Asked for fish and noodles, they said ok but after 5' they said they didn't have fish. Then I chose beef and noodles in sweet sauce. They packed my stuff, I payed (no receipt...) opened it when I was at my place to find they gave me spaghetti (!!!) instead of noodles, and beef and veggies in sweet sauce were super heavy and not good. I ate half of it and threw the rest... :-/

We have been to The Vrouwenhof to celebrate a special evening with some nice athmosphere and Good Food.First it's (for The netherlands) very expensive and not worth The Penny.I ordered a Soup an Hors Deuvre (Starter) and a Main Course....The Soup (approx 8â¬) contained lots of Water and some formerly canned asian vegetables ;(The Starter Sampler Plate just looked poor - very Little and @ 13⬠a Rip-Off....The Udong Maindish (@24â¬) hab a neutral Taste - three KingPrawns some Rice thats it ;(Everything was so dry - we also had Bejing Duck - same dry experience....I spared The Desserts and paid my 120⬠learning fee......Never Again.
Na onze laatste voorstelling stond er weer een geweldige rijsttafel gereed die tot in de puntjes verzorgd was door de mensen van Funny. Heerlijk, vers bereid, volop keuze uit gerechten en meer dan voldoende. Dit was weer prima!

Quality is good. Service a bit slow (weekend?). No electronic payment with visa possible. We ordered 2 times 4 dishes but one we never got (noodles). As dessert we ordered another â dishes and 2 beverages per person. We paid 78â¬. Divided by all itâs about 5,2⬠per item. Best is to make reservation.
