Spur of the moment decision and 7 of us arrived. As starters we had pork dumplings and the egg plant chips, both really really good. Mains we had a spread of 9 dishes rotating on a lazy Susan and had a bit of this and that. Most dishes were good with the exception of the pulled pork which I would not advise. To much carrot and onion and far to moist. Service was really slow so it makes me wonder if the owner was around. Apart from that we had a great time.

Delicious Chinese Restaurant serves authentic Chinese Food and Sushi. It is situated in the heart of the city within the business area. The decoration of the restaurant is pure Chinese Style. The atmosphere is also brilliant. You will feel relax and cozy
There are not a great number of Chinese restaurants in East London, so when we read of the opening of Delicious Chinese Restaurant, we decided to give it a try. Although one has to venture into a busy section of Devereux Avenue to get to the place, parking is off street and easy. Our visit was lunch time Monday, which is a fairly dead time and day. We were almost the only patrons in what is a very large dining area. Whilst clean and newly painted, this required some finishing off and more Chinese pictures, ornaments and lights to give it an atmosphere. Maybe more could be done to give an intimate feel. As in most Chinese restaurants, the menu is extensive and the sushi menu is very large. As could be expected, service was excellent and it was not long before our food arrived. My wife chose Chop Suey and rice and I had a pork Chow Mien. The other member of our party had a spicy prawn dish. The food was hot, tasty and the quantities large enough to require a "doggy bag" for the excess- which eaten later at home was also good. We were disappointed that there were no Bow Ties for a sweet. The Restaurant has bar facilities and a Take Away section and we were assured that it was much busier in the evening
Where to eat Bar food in East London: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Have eaten here (and ordered off the take-away) many times but just recently we've been very disappointed with the quality of the food. Everything tastes the same, very bland. I've heard the owner wants to move back to China, has she lost interest ? It used to be such a pleasure to eat here, not any more.
