Now called 'Wei Da'. Walked into an empty restaurant with my 9 year old daughter. The waitress went off looking for a table ( in a empty restaurant). I could see that there were no reservations, so left puzzled as to why she could not find a table. Eventually she points at a table and says that we can have a table as long as we finish quickly. Was not prepared to rush a meal. Food may be excellent, but with disgusting customer service counts for nothing. On the plus side found Anna's down the road which was quite the opposite!

Ate after work. Not many people were in. Staff were prompt and food served quickly. Portions were a good size. SuiMai was tasty. Fine for a quick inexpensive meal.

Ordered online and arrived perfect. Ribs were probably the most tender weâve ever had and the chilli beef was stunning. Possibly the best chinese take away weâve had.

I thought this place was just a hotel. Out the back there is a beautiful dining area with a lovely ambiance. The staff are very welcoming and the menu is authentic (not your average Indian restaurant), which offers Chinese options. Slightly more expensive (London prices) but worth it as something a little different. The drinks were served to perfection - Gin & Tonic with âfizzy tonicâ! Many restaurants make the mistake in serving with flat tonic. All in all a lovely evening and will make this my local Indian restaurant from now all.Hi, thanks for taking the time to review our restaurant on TripAdvisor. It is a pleasure to read your comment and to hear how much you enjoyed your meal.We will share this great feedback with our team. Hope to see you again soon in the New Year!Thank you,Nick

Imperial prides itself in serving contemporary Indian and Indo Chinese cuisine to its customers in an exquisite & delightful dining environment.
Visited with a large group of family for dinner. The food was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed choosing a mix of Indian and Chinese food...the food was packed with flavour and was simply delicious. We didnât have time for dessert so I canât comment on this. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Some of the dishes can be delicious, but the standard is variable. As we didnât find the chicken satay to be as tasty as in other restaurants, we wouldnât recommend this. On one occasion, the chicken and prawn laksa was delicious, despite a scarcity of prawn, (just three), but, unfortunately, on the next occasion, the seasoning didnât hit the spot - it didnât seem as fresh and the prawns, again, just three, were soft and a bit slimy in texture. The Thai style chicken and prawn curry is usually pretty good.

Singapore Orchid takes great pride in the authenticity of our food. Menu includes therapeutic food and some of the famed "Street Food of Singapore" available in the Hawker centres of Singapore.
Weve eaten in the resturant quite a few times ,and always have been very happy ,but the last few takeaways weve had ,we have been very dissapointed . The first was over an hour late ,with no apology , ( although the food was great ). The secound the food was below standard , and the most recent one ,last week ,we ordered two different chicken wing dishes and neither of them contained the shoulder part (the large part of the wing that connects to the body ) ,just the small mid wing part Seven pieces of the smallest part of the wing ,terrible value for money . The rest of the meal was average at best . We wont be using Singapore Orchid again , which is a shame because weve had some lovely meals there in the past and given it excellent reviews .Iâm so sorry we were late in our delivery and food was a disappointment for you. Iâve taken on board your comments and will change to use both joints of wings instead of just mid-joint which I thought was better for a starter but of course it looks smaller. Youâve always given us great reviews and itâs important that we keep up with our good standard of food at all times so please do give me a call.Look forward to speaking to you.

My family and I are very fond of this venue and have supported since it opened but our visit on Friday was very disappointing. The bar staff seemed more interested in chatting and serving their friends/regulars first. The toilets were filthy. Paper all over the floor and broken seats.Change of menu, the sides are now not much off the price of a mains. Has it changed hands recently or have they got so big as a business they donât care about this place anymore and prefer to focus on the keg and grill (shut whatâs going on with that?),the restaurant further down the road and their place in Caterham ??? This restaurant needs your attention.
